Villa Egretta

Hallo Steffi und Pete, auch auf diesen Weg nochmal ein Riesen Lob !!!! Es bedarf nicht vieler Worte angefangen vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Check out war alles perfekt. Super Ausstattung, mega Kontakt, geniales Haus, die Lage zauberhaft. Hier macht ihr alles richtig... buchen genießen und entspannen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub :)

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Pete's place during our family vacation to Cape Coral. Pete and his management team were very thoughtful and responsive to our needs. We have twin 2 year-olds, and Pete even purchased an extra pack 'n play and high chair for them to use during our stay. When we experienced an issue with one of the cable boxes, the management team was very responsive and quickly brought us a new one. The house is beautiful and was very clean upon our arrival. Our family also enjoyed the many nice amenities in the home, including the TVs in the rooms, pool table, patio, and pool and hot tub area/toys. We also greatly appreciated the ability to use the pool alarm (which would ring whenever one of the doors to the pool/hot tub area was opened) to ensure the safety of our little children around the water. The view from the lanai out into the canal is beautiful, and we even were lucky enough to see a couple manatees out in the water during our stay! We are very grateful to Pete and his management team for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay at his home! Ashley and Josh

Weihnachten und den Jahreswechsel unter der Sonne Floridas verbringen zu können ist schon toll und wenn man dann auch noch diese Traumvilla bewohnen kann, ist der Urlaub perfekt.
Wir waren mit sieben Personen in vier Generationen in der Villa und haben die Zeit genossen. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, es fehle an nichts, hat eine ruhige Lage und eine perfekte Ausrichtung, um aus dem Infinity Pool heraus den Sonnenuntergang genießen zu können.
Ganz besonderen Dank für die unkomplizierte, schnelle und verbindliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Eure Villa steht bei unserem nächsten Besuch ganz oben auf der Liste. Vielen Dank an Steffi und Pete sowie Becky und Sven

Excellent place for a family with kids, plenty of room, very clean, great pool. Pete has been fantastic with communication - we wanted pool to be heated before our arrival, he made the arrangement and promptly responded to all our questions.

This house has it all!!! No detail was spared - fully stocked kitchen, TVs in all the bedrooms, lots of linens, a bbq, and a fabulous outdoor space with lots of seating. The most stunning part of all is definitely and view and the sunsets. The house was completely spotless upon arrival. Becky and Sven were available for all our needs and Pete is a fantastic host, and is so organized and inviting. We had a wonderful family vacation at Pete’s home and we are looking forward to returning to this serene oasis.

Amazing home with great amenities! We had a couple questions upon arrival and all of our questions and needs were met with quick responses. A great time in SW FL!!!

Lovely place with a spectacular view of the channel looking beyond the infinity pool. Would do it again!

If you looking to relax and enjoy sunny days at the pool it’s a perfect spot. Amazing sunset amazing house we had a blast.. Thanks for everything the house is amazing from every aspect. I will definitely recommend to everyone

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in process was very easy and there was always a quick response to any questions we had. The pool and view out to the canal was awesome.
