Villa Egretta

Villa Egretta is one of the few vacation homes where you wish you could give six stars! The home is spectacular with an amazing pool area lovely layout and plenty of room for family fun. Top notch amenities and location. The home is very clean and comfortable! We did not want to leave!

We just returned from a wonderful month-long family-friendly stay at Pete’s house. It was lovely! The house is in a quieter part of town with all the shops/amenities a short drive away. The actual house is wonderful, the layout worked out well for our family. We (the parents) took the main suite; Grandma took the smaller suite, and the kiddos shared the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom. We each felt like we had our own space and not on top of each other. The house was nicely equipped technology-wise. We were both able to work remotely and the main TV had a Roku so we could stream our favorite shows after a long day in the pool or at the beach. We did end bringing a folding table from home though because there is no desk space at the house. Not a big deal, just something to note if you plan to work remotely. The kitchen table is an opinion but we just needed a space away from the kids. Speaking of kids, if you are planning on bringing kids, the house has all the stuff you need right here. My kids are a bit older, so we didn’t use, but I saw a highchair, play pan, a few pool toys/floaties, and car seat. Super nice to have that stuff on-site. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils you need and a few kitchen essentials. I am kind of a knife snob and did bring my own so can’t speak to the quality of those. The BBQ out back worked great too, but I’m not sure it was worth using it in the end because it did take a while to clean prior to check out. Not a ...

Pete offered us his place for one week right over 2020-2021 Dec-Jan span. House is modern and clean and spacious. There were two of us with three teenage kids. Kids had fun at the pool. We loved the privacy, the quiet neighborhood, the four bathrooms. Pete was quick to respond to our emails. He was very professional. The place is top notch.

Amazing place to get away with friends and family! Has to be one of the most beautiful locations in the states !

Pete was great and his house was beautiful. I would stay again in a heartbeat, and hopefully will. Has everything you need to entertain yourselves without even leaving.

This house was absolutely amazing. The pool/hot tub were perfect for viewing the spectacular sunsets. Everything was spotless and anything that we needed was provided. You should expect to owe a little extra for electricity use at the end of your stay, but everything else made it more than worth it.

We stayed here for a week with my family and didn't want to leave:) The house is very spacious, sparkling clean and the views are breathtaking. This home is simply amazing. You will not be disappointed. The views of the canal are spectacular especially at sunset. The lanai and pool are perfect for relaxing. The house is spotless and decor is modern and well kept. The house is stocked with all of the basic things you might need during your stay. The location is convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Excellent communication from Pete throughout the process and check-in and out was simple.

Pete’s place is AMAZING! The house is immaculately clean, the pool is stunning, the view is breathtaking! There was nothing I needed while staying there, it was fully stocked with all appliances. Pete was quick to respond with any questions I had. How I scored such an amazing house on a holiday weekend I don’t know but I truly lucked out! If you’re thinking about staying, do it! You will not be disappointed!

This house was such a perfect spot for our family vacation! It had absolutely everything we needed and was beautiful. We loved the pool and outdoor area, and the views of the canal were gorgeous as well. It could not have been a better trip!
