Villa Egretta

Pete’s place is superb! Our family enjoyed the many amenities, especially the beautiful pool and hot tub which is where we spent most of our time. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook all meals at the house which worked so well for our family of seven! The layout of the home is fantastic with two bedrooms facing the pool and patio and beautiful big sliding doors to make them feel open. The other two bedrooms were simple and perfect for our kids. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom area and has views of the canal and beautiful sunsets!! The home feels like a private escape with indoor comfort as well as outdoor living that doesn’t disappoint! We would love to come back again.

Wow! What a home. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Nothing was missing. Each time we said “ oh do you think they have____? Yup they did! Amazing!
The view is fantastic and he has everything you need in the home. We travel a lot and this was one of the best stays we have ever had. Will definitely book again when we com to Cape Coral.

Wonderful Memories!!! We brought my children and grandchildren to Florida for their first time. Our new home as my 2 yr old grandson called it was perfect. We spent many hours in the beautiful pool and we’re blessed with a manatee in the canal. Lots of fish jumping. We will definitely be back. Peter was so kind and easy to work with. Sven was very good to us and welcoming. A wonderful place to make great memories for a family. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches and many activities in the area.

Best place I've staying in Cape Coral (and I've stayed at them all!). First, and most important to me, is the host and Pete was brilliant. Attentive beyond belief and has a full staff that supports him (property manager, pool service, gardeners). The house is to die for! Really. When sitting in the pool area and taking in the canal (teeming with life including manatees, flying fish and birds), you become transfixed by such inner calm (especially while sipping cocktails!). It is so peaceful and restorative. The pool is great (and warm!) with a great hot tub. The house itself is immaculate, well adorned and maintains clean and organized amenities. It is plenty spacious with 4 very comfortable bedrooms. The location was ideal located midway between two airports, nearby shopping and more restaurants then we had time to visit. I imagine the highest praise that one can offer is a return to the property AND we have already reserved the home for 2021 (and 2022!). It really is that special.

The home was amazing. We enjoyed the fact that we had so much space and options in the home. We had internet to enjoy a night in. The pool and hot tub to enjoys one the sun but be protected by the lanai. There was also lots to enjoy in the area restaurants, fishing, local shopping, and beaches. Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed going on a trip with our friends but still had our space for privacy in the home. Also thank you for providing baby gear that I would had to otherwise pack. We appreciate you and your home so much!! We will definitely be reserving it again.

Hallo Steffi und Peter, wir durften unseren Herbsturlaub in eurer traumhaften Villa unter der Sonne Floridas verbringen. Wir hatten eine super Zeit, dass Haus ist top ausgestattet die Lage ruhig. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, man kann die Sonnenuntergänge geniessen und Energie tanken. Die Kinder genossen das Haus und den Pool in vollen Zügen und bei der Abreise gab es Tränen, da sie nicht nach Hause wollten, nicht nur die Kinder wollten nicht nach Hause.
Wir werden in der Villa Egretta sicher unseren nächsten USA Urlaub verbringen und freuen uns bereits heute darauf.

Our group (six retired teachers) had a wonderful time at Pete's house. It was absolutely beautiful! We especially enjoyed the pool where we relaxed every evening after exploring the area. We would definitely come back for another stay if we had the opportunity!

This is the most perfect vacation rental with such amazing view and pool and house are beautiful! It is in such a peaceful location with everything needed.
