This was our "Girls Trip" #2 to Pete's house. Everything was wonderful. Pete was a pleasure to work with, as was his management representative, Sven. Pete even remembered some of our requests from last year and made sure it was there again, that was an unexpected surprise. Thanks again. The house was clean and pool area is perfect. Trip # 3 to Pete's house is in the planning already. We don't even want to look for another house for our trip.

Geniales Haus! Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Tolle Ausstattung, zwei separate Tische auf der wunderschoenen Terasse. Schoene, grosse Schlafzimmer mit angenehmer Bettwaesche, zwei davon mit Zugang auf die Terasse, viel Stauraum in den Schraenken und Kommoden, elektronische Jalousien. Technisch auf modernsten Standard. Online-Radio, TVs in jedem Schlafzimmer, elektronische Garagenoeffner etc. Wir hatten vier Kinder zwischen 3 und 8 Jahren mit, die das Pool und das Haus immens genossen haben. Pete ist der beste Gastgeber, den wir jemals auf Airbnb hatten.

A very nice villa. We stayed here with our two kids (2 and 5 y.o.) and I can really recommend the house. All the amenities you can think of and otherwise very fresh and relaxing. Olle

Superb Property
We had an incredible vacation at Villa Egretta. The owners, Steffi & Pete, are wonderful and super easy to deal with. From the moment you enter the villa, it's obvious that it was built to a very high standard. Also the furnishing and amenities are top notch. We especially enjoyed the smart home system and, of course, the nespresso machine. ;-) Best thing of the home however must be the view from the lanai - it's to die for! Can't beat having a glas of champagne in the jacuzzi while watching the sun go down into that mile-long canal. Priceless location! Check-in and check-out went smooth and easy. Sven, the property manager, explained everything in detail and gave some really helpful recommendations of things to do in the area. He also adjusted the pool & spa settings to our needs and provided a new desk lamp, which accidentally fell down and broke the night before. There's hardly anything we would change about the house and we'll definitely be back ... hopefully sooner than later. Many thanks to Steffi, Pete & Sven for a wonderful time at Villa Egretta! Hallo Peter und Steffi
Die Vorfreude auf die Villa war riesig, dies konnte uns auch der verspätete Flug nicht nehmen.
Warum wir gerne wieder kommen werden:
- Mit der Betreuung vor Ort hat alles super geklappt.
- Der Pool ist einfach genial und für eine Abkühlung immer gut zu haben.
- Das Highlight des Schwimmbeckens war der Überlauf in welchem man den Eindruck gewinnt man schwimme im Meer.
- Am Abend sahen wir sogar Fische im Celcys Kanal springen, während wir uns es im Jacuzzi gemütlich gemacht haben.
- Die riesige Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, es hat alles was das Herz begehrt.
- Die Kühlboxen, welche uns zur Verfügung standen, waren auf unseren Ausflügen stets dabei.
- Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet wohin jeder sich zurück ziehen kann wenn er/sie möchte.
- Der Billardtisch war der absolute Hammer und wurde von uns rege genutzt.
- Einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir kommen wieder, ausser du baust für uns vis à vis auch so ein Palast. :-)
PS: eine kleine Anzahlung würden wir auch leisten, gemäss Sven kostet so ein Grundstück um die 100.- bis 200.- , dass kriegen wir noch hin.

All I can say is, WOW!!! This place has everything and is meticulously cared for. You won't find a better location off the water and have a wonderful view of the canal. Pete and his team are extremely friendly and very easy to work with! Don't book too much because you may just want to hang out in the pool and hot tub and not go anywhere! Can't wait to go back with the rest of our family!

Villa Egretta was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely go back! The owner was quick to respond and helpful with the only problems we encountered. We travelled with a toddler and he was very accommodating, the pool is set up great for little ones! Everything we needed for cooking at the home was available. We saw manatees right off the dock on multiple occasion as well, which was such a treat. I would definitely recommend staying there. That being said, there are plenty of extra and very comfortable blankets available. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and hope to go back.

Wir durften im Juli zwei tolle Wochen in der Villa Egretta verbringen. In den geräumigen Zimmern haben sich alle wohlgefühlt und jeder hatte einen Bereich für sich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse mit Pool und der wunderbare Fernblick auf den Kanal. Im Haus fanden wir alles was das Herz begehrte. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der grosse Billardtisch, der rege benutzt wurde. Wir können die Villa Egretta jederzeit weiterempfehlen und danken Steffi und Pete herzlich.

Wir hatten super schöne Ferien in einem super schönen Haus. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt. Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Wenn man Glück hat, sieht man sogar Manatees im Kanal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

First thing first - I want to thank Pete for letting us stay in he's beautiful home. The house is just amazing, the pictures listed on this house don't even describe how beautiful this home is. The location of this home is well located, its in a really quite neighborhood and its very close to the beach. The pool view at sunset was amazing, the rooms were clean and they even provided amenities. He was also quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely book this home if I came to the area again.
