Ankunft Villa Egretta, die Fotos haben uns schon umgehauen, aber in Wirklichkeit sieht es noch viel grösser und viel schöner aus. Alles perfekt und sauber. Wir haben gleich wieder gebucht.

What a beautiful house fully furnished in high standard. Best interior decorations, all the rooms are very nice & perfectly decorated. Our bed is very huge & comfortable that I don‘t need an extra mattress for my backpain👍 The kitchen is also huge we have enough space for all of us four persons while preparing our breakfast.The pool & whirlpool area is fantastic with an amazing view of the canal especially during sunsets. Pete & Steffi & are really good hosts.. All our expectations are perfectly reached. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Egretta for 2 weeks.. because we‘re so contented, we booked again for our next holidays in Cape Coral. Thanks Pete & Steffi for the great experiences we have had in Cape Coral it‘s unforgettable!

Die Villa ist traumhaft. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos, ist großzügig gestaltet und vollständig ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist der Pool mit dem schönen Blick auf den Kanal. Die Kommunikation mit Pete und auch mit der Hausverwaltung vor Ort waren super. Wir hatten einen perfekten (aber viel zu kurzen) Aufenthalt!

This property was everything that we were looking for and more! The online pictures don't do this place justice. It was breath taking to walk into this property! The home was clean and it was equipped with everything that you could think of! Pete followed through on everything that was promised to us. We cannot wait to plan next years vacation and stay at this home!

Ein Traumhaus an traumhafter Lage. Die Villa Egretta ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Wasser. Der Service vor Ort ist ausgezeichnet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es ist ruhig gelegen aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Fort Myers oder auch in Naples. Die Strände haben wir auf den nahegelegenen Captiva Island oder Sunibel besucht. Es war einfach top und wir können die Villa jedem empfehlen.

Diese Villa ist ein Traum. Es war alles super vorbereitet. Die Einrichtung ist modern, die Villa und der Pool waren sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Mit einfachen Worte, die Besitzer Steffi und Pete sind super Gastgeber. Es ist jedem weiter zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort und waren begeistert. Die Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Pool aus ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Vielen Dank für den Traumurlaub.

Vi har virkelig haft en fantastisk ferie i Petes hus. Huset ligger så smukt med en fantastisk udsigt i et dejligt område. Huset er rent og meget eksklusivt. Der er alt hvad man behøver til en dejlig ferie, både i og udenfor huset. Vi ville så gerne komme tilbage.

Pete's home is beautiful, clean, and upscale. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the views. We hardly left the house. There wasn't a need to leave. The house has everything you need.

Very pleased with this clean and centrally located home with beautiful views of the open water canal. Evening sunsets were spectacular. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for meal preparation. The pool is sparkling and perfect for day and evening cool downs. Communication with Pete and Sven was quick and easy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This house exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed the pool and all the amenenities including the pool table and beautiful bedrooms and baths. Photos on Air bnb does not do this house justice. It is immaculate. We admired the beautiful choice of decor and the kitchen was everything we would need and more, felt like home. We've never stayed in such a "smart" home. Sound system/stereo was first class. Amazing job!! When we have a need to come back to the area this house would be our first choice!
