This home exceeded our expectations: the accommodations, the cleanliness, and the well stocked kitchen. We, 5 long time girlfriends, stayed here for 6 nights. Pete left us some awesome chocolates, and was a pleasure to work with. He fulfilled every request we had. Check in was a breeze. His property manager, Sven, responded every time we had a question and was also a pleasure to deal with. The lanai was fantastic, we had a couple days of rain, but that didn't stop us from being outside. The pool and spa were great! We enjoyed this home so much we only went out to eat once. The rest of the time we stayed at the house. The home is beautiful, and exactly what we wanted to laugh, hang and make more memories. We have already made plans to return to Pete's home next year for our girls trip.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche! Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre - das Haus ist exzellent und es mangelte an nichts. Es hat alles was man sich wünscht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We had a wonderful five day stay at this beautiful home. Great area, lovely home and very peaceful setting. The sunsets were amazing.

Our experience at this residence was remarkable. The host was quick to respond and the booking process lasted only a day. Our expectations were far exceeded once we stepped inside the house. Every room was clean and well furnished. Overall, it felt like a modern luxurious hotel. Also, the view over the canal from the lanai is really stunning. We will definitely go back!

This property was so amazing that I wish I had the money right now to book my next stay!! Whomever built this house deserves an award!!!! It is stunning both outside and inside and the hosts could not have been any nicer or more hospitable. Stayed at the home last week with my husband and three children and we truly were staying in paradise! The house is just immaculate and the layout is ideal...from the pool in your backyard, gated and screened-in, to the 3 car garage with automatic opener that leads into the washroom/laundry area so that no pesky sand or dirt ever even enters the home?! I mean who thought of all of this?! The kitchen has literally everything you could possibly need including a sink/trash disposal...just perfect!! Every single appliance in the home is brand new and top of the line, I'm talking Electrolux and LG all the way! To top that all off, the neighborhood is also ideal!!! Major shopping and restaurants all within 10 to 20 minutes from the home...couldn't have asked for anything more?! And no noisy neighbors or noise being made...again, just perfection!!! Being that you are on the west coast of Florida the sunsets are wonderful and the way the house is situated. it seems that the sun sets directly in the backyard. Paradise found in every sense of the word! Thank you for the most amazing family vacation we have had in a while!!!

Wanted to let you know that we are in the villa and everything is spectacular! The house is so beautiful; perfectly situated and the pool is just perfect...all of the kids touch the floor on the shallow end, which is great plus you even provide floating devices, a cooler; even beach chairs and an umbrella!! No detail on the property goes unnoticed,from its impeccable cleanliness to the extra towels, the wide array of utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates, wine glasses...just everything we could need. The villa is so conveniently located that the Publix is at most 10 minutes away and, well, to sum it up we are so very happy...thank you for allowing us to be guests in this paradise you get to call home!!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 5 days. It was a wonderful experience for everyone. We enjoyed the home so much, we rarely left other than to visit Ft. Myers Beach one afternoon. Dealing with the owners and their management company was delightful as well. We highly recommend this home to anyone seeking to stay in Cape Coral.
