The whole house is tiled with ceramic tiles - there are no unhygienic carpets.
Walkways, driveways and the entire lanai are paved with composite stone. The main and guest suite have walk-in closets, the master suite has a walk-thru shower with two adjustable shower heads.
All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and Ethernet connections. The whole house has high speed wireless internet and a smart home control for the sound of music throughout the house and lanai.
